2. Going over the steps from start to finish with you; what to expect, the numbers and procedures
3. Financing, and these may vary depending on what works best for our customer
4. We view the land, where to put the home, (land type, dimensions, and what County Codes are)
5. Is there an existing dwelling? Does it stay, get traded in, relocated, or demolished?
6. Designing your home in our "Color/Option Room" after choosing your floor plan
7. Ordering your home from the factory
8. Preparing the land
9. Bringing in the utilities
10. A walk-through inspection prior to moving in
