A: We can get most of your permits, depending on your needs.

Q: Why are these homes called residential ready?
A: They have improved to the point that the home owners can go to any hardware store to fix, or upgrade, likened to a stick built home instead of going back to the factory.

Q: What is included in the price we agree to?
A: This will be stipulated in the contract; the factory builds the home, they bring it out, it gets set up, and tied down. We may have agreed to do all, or a portion of the site development.

Q: What if the house isn’t to our likings, upon completion?
A: Before you are given the key, we will do a walk-through inspection and can see where discrepancies lie.

Q: Are there warranties on the homes?
A: Yes

Q: What if we don’t have the property but have been approved for a loan?
A: We network with agencies and have properties, some with existing homes.

Q: How do we get started?
A: We highly recommend that you come in or call for an appointment of 1 to 2 hours so that we can “Meet & Greet”, get aquainted and an idea of what you are hoping for. You can see the homes, your options, pull out floor plans, look at time-frames and numbers. This way, we can navigate you through the process of scheduling everything and, in perspective, you are designing your preferred home and we, then carry out your dream.
